We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lenbrook, a premier senior life plan community in Atlanta. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in our long-term care Healthcare Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  • Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and response to treatment, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and autonomy.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in Georgia.
  • Experience working in long-term care or nursing home settings, with a strong passion for serving the elderly and vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents, families, and colleagues.
