Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor treatment protocols on a daily basis.
- Recognize when consultations or referrals to other healthcare professionals are necessary.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families.
- Supervise support staff and participate in ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
- Completion of state-mandated continuing education requirements.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal oversight.
- Consistently maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
