Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly compensation for this role is $16.00 per hour. As a Volt employee, you will be eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and other paid leaves based on eligibility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of waste.
  • Perform repairs as needed to the facility.
  • Lift heavy objects as required by the job.
  • Work in a cold environment.

Cold storage experience is preferred for this role.

Work Schedule and Requirements

This is a full-time opportunity with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.
