- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree in nursing or healthcare-related field.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Accredited Case Manager, Certified Case Manager, or Board Certification in Case Management.
