Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical and managerial guidance on significant projects or technology assignments.
  • Establish objectives and plans that align with project goals.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, leveraging exceptional qualifications and unique expertise.
  • Oversee the development of requirements from project inception to completion for complex programs.
  • Offer strategic advice and technical direction to program and project teams.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and evaluations, providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
  • Consult with clients to identify needs or issues, leading studies and surveys to gather and analyze data.
  • Make critical decisions that influence overall project execution.
  • Supervise team members as necessary.

Cloud Service Development

You will be responsible for designing cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks that facilitate:

  • Platform as a Service (PaaS)
  • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
  • Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Data as a Service (DaaS)

Additionally, you will implement automation for cloud resources utilizing DevSecOps best practices and analyze applications to determine migration and deployment strategies for cloud environments.

Agile Team Collaboration

As a member of an Agile team, you will maintain a cloud-based data architecture that centralizes administrative data across various enclaves, enhancing analytic capabilities.

Data Analytics and Risk Management

Your responsibilities will include developing alerts and analytics to proactively identify and visualize potential insider risks. You will create a dashboard that displays individuals with the highest insider risk scores in real-time.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • DOD Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with collaborative system delivery through automated processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to develop advanced visual analytic applications.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and data science models.
  • Experience with AWS and other cloud service platforms.
