Employee Benefits Delivery Specialist

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000.
Benefit & Risk Management Services, Inc. requires a skilled Implementation Specialist I to manage benefit renewals, identify client needs, and implement solution components.
This role will involve collaborating with internal departments to establish Electronic Data Interchanges, population of FSA and/or COBRA systems, and maintaining accurate internal documentation.
- Contact applicable insurance carriers to establish and implement new or modify existing Electronic Data Interchanges;
- Work directly with client and IT department to establish MyHealthBenefits Online Open Enrollment;
- Provide end-user support during implementation process.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or G.E.D; and minimum of two years related experience and/or training;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to learn new applications and technical skills quickly;
- Dependable attendance and excellent time management skills.
