Administrative Support Role at Boost Home Healthcare - Northern Colorado

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill our Administrative Assistant position. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic home care organization in Northern Colorado.

About the Job:

  • This full-time position works Monday through Friday with a competitive hourly rate of $19.00-$23.00 per hour.
  • You will play a crucial role in supporting our clinicians and staff by facilitating communication systems, managing scheduling, and providing clerical assistance.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a positive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain effective communication systems, including phone calls, messages, and clinician scheduling.
  • Provide clerical support for tasks such as preparing documents, typing, special projects, filing, and copying.
  • Utilize the ATS to streamline recruitment processes and ensure efficient candidate tracking.
  • Post job ads, review new applicants, and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Communicate with applicants and utilize social media to post updates and source candidates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in home health or office management is a plus.
  • Previous hiring specialist or staffing experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a positive work attitude.
