We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Frisco, TX. As a key member of our home health services, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their goals.
**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing education to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities.
Requirements:
- Active license in the state of Texas required.
- OT Liability insurance in the state of Texas required.
- Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
- Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices.
- A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments.
