Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard.
- Promote nursing excellence through continued education and research, based on Title 22 and Title 16, the ANA Scope & Standards of Practice, and the Code of Ethics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current State of California Registered Nurse license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
