Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Loma Linda Staffing. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive quality services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations for varying populations and disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and industry guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and client goals.
  • Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine treatment effectiveness and progress towards goals.
  • Complete SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans within the electronic health record system.
  • Educate and train families on various physical therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Supervise physical therapist assistants, ensuring compliance with current California Board standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive quality services and goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited university.
  • Current and unrestricted licensure by the Board to work in the State of California.
