We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Hollywood Casino at Toledo. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicating with beverage servers, and presenting drinks to guests or servers as required.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Cash Handling: Operate a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change; accounting for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to established procedures.
• Teamwork: Work well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor.

• Age: Must be 21 years of age.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Excellent customer service/communication skills, ability to count money and change correctly, knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques.
• Availability: Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Physical Demands: Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation, able to respond to visual and oral cues, able to work in constricting areas, able to tolerate noise and bright lights.
