Candidate Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics fields; candidates with degrees from top-tier institutions are encouraged to apply.
  • Over 7 years of substantial experience in various insurance business functions, including Claims, Distribution, Marketing, Products & Underwriting, and Finance.
  • Proficient in delivering analytics solutions, including data engineering, reporting, predictive modeling, and operationalizing models.
  • Experience in conducting business workshops, architecting solutions, and benchmarking industry standards to recommend best practices.
  • Expertise in utilizing data tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong experience interfacing with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and analysts.
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices within the insurance industry, fostering an environment of innovation.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs and dual-shore engagements within Insurance Analytics Centers of Excellence.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and ad-hoc data assessments using a first-principles approach to address business challenges.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the latest market tools and technologies.
  • A proven track record of achievement, solid analytical skills, and a proactive, hands-on work ethic.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and tackle challenging projects.
