We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Lead.

Your primary responsibilities will include gathering, documenting, and overseeing business requirements for both new and ongoing projects, working closely with diverse teams, and spearheading our quality assurance initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the software solutions offered by Better Hire.
  • Assist in guiding and managing activities related to the implementation and integration of applications.
  • Ensure product excellence, adherence to project timelines, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Explore and assess new business opportunities.
  • Define and document requirements in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce documentation such as requirements, user stories, and process diagrams.
  • Oversee the product backlog and prioritize requirements effectively.
  • Lead testing and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
  • Proactively address business and project challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting multiple software projects.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Familiarity with data management and software development life cycles.
  • Experience in creating test plans and automated test scripts.
  • Proficiency in SQL is highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and curious mindset.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to coordinate across teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Programming experience is an advantage.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is required.
