About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team at Interim HealthCare Inc. As a Hospice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing end-of-life care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial status
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), patients, and families
  • Manage pain and other symptoms, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina or compact multi-state license
  • Twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years
  • One (1) year of hospice care experience preferred
