Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team. As a critical care nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Care for critically ill patients with complex medical conditions, including ECMO, TAVR, and CABGs
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses or Trauma Nursing Core Course certification within 1 year of employment start date
