Job Title: Commercial Outside Sales Associate

Position Overview:

As a Commercial Outside Sales Associate, you'll proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined market, leveraging your sales expertise to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and present to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits tailored to their specific needs.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, conduct B2B sales, and achieve revenue goals as a Commercial Sales Advisor in an outside sales role.
  • Conducting sales activities such as prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiations, to secure profitable B2B sales deals and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication, relationship management, and regular follow-ups to establish trust, credibility, and customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies and address client needs.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and sales techniques, and continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and professional development to enhance sales skills and stay competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of outside sales experience preferably in business-to-business sales
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
