About the Role

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a highly skilled Master HVAC Mechanic to join our team in Northern, Virginia. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Data Center or similar facility, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead role.

This position requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance and a deep understanding of government operations and regulations.

The successful candidate will oversee the performance of all duties of the CFT Shop, personnel assigned to the shop, and subcontractors performing work for the shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure work tickets, email requests, and telephone requests for service are received and tended to in a timely manner
  • Coordinate closely with client facilities manager regarding facility issues and requests
  • Assign tasks to shop personnel, set priorities, and monitor timely completion of all work
  • Evaluate and analyze work performance
  • Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records
  • Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
  • Conduct daily building/equipment tours
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Must possess TS/SCI clearance
  • Master HVAC license required
  • Data Center experience a must
  • Shall have extensive experience in the operation of Building Automation Systems of similar size and scope
  • Minimum of 10 documented years of experience in facilities of similar size and scope
  • Shall be on-site full time during regular work hours
  • Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills
  • Shall be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
