We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Inspector to join our team at Mannington Mills, Inc.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing inspections, audits, and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of measuring tools and be proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform pre-inspections for products destined for customers and inspect product returns for quality issues.
  • Review materials in Q-Hold status and work with respective parties to determine disposition.
  • Layups on Adura, Wood, and Laminate products, including commercial LVT and Rubber products.
  • Provide updates on inspection outcomes to Claims Department or Customer Support Department as requested.
  • Document all inspection activities in CDC Drive or SharePoint.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, GED, or Associate Degree, and possess basic computer skills. Familiarity with Adura, Wood, and Laminate products is a plus.

Requirements
  • Candidate must be able to lift 20lbs to 40lbs.
  • Must pass Color Blindness and Color Deficiency test.
  • Familiarity with using inspection equipment such as gloss meter, feeler gage, calipers, etc.

In addition, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office programs is desired. Previous experience in a quality position is also beneficial.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
