Housekeeping Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox in Beverly Hills. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our state-of-the-art club, ensuring a exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the club and exercise equipment are clean and well-maintained, providing excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Maintain the sidewalk entrance and lobby, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Provide maintenance for all equipment, including athletic equipment, and notify the Maintenance Manager of any issues.
  • Receive and store all deliveries, and assist with special events as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to service athletic equipment, and previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
