Job Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to clients, including interviewing, obtaining and recording health histories, performing physical and developmental assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, and managing health care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including preventive screening procedures, identifying medical and health risk factors, and communicating with patients and their families.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe pharmacologic agents, and provide patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and other advanced practice registered nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge by attending educational programs.
- Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations, including certification and licensure requirements.
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP).
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Experience in primary care and occupational health settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position that requires periodic travel to branch sites. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
