Role Overview for Service Associate

The Service Associate plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the service center. The Service Manager is tasked with guiding customers in selecting tires and necessary undercar repair services. Success in this role hinges on excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Automotive Service Associate / Manager position, candidates must meet the following criteria: (1) be at least 18 years old; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess (i) a minimum of 1 year of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) a minimum of 1 year of experience or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
