Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute production tasks as scheduled while ensuring quality standards
  • Enhance customer and client satisfaction, monitored through online feedback
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration staff and supervise their work
  • Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation to support services rendered
  • Manage labor and materials used on assigned projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and office personnel regarding project updates and challenges

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations
  • Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials appropriately
  • Mentor and train restoration staff

Position Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

  • Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights, as well as in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Proficient in repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
