Job Summary
The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting wholesale initiatives at DIME Beauty Co LLC. This individual will be responsible for delivering best-in-class brand execution, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with retail partners.
Main Responsibilities
* Partner with the VP of Sales to manage wholesale account relationships, understanding goals, market conditions, challenges, and opportunities to maximize sell-through and profit.
* Collaborate with demand planning teams and agencies to manage wholesale and point-of-sales forecasts, providing accurate account reporting and guidance based on retailer needs and business trends.
* Work with internal project management teams to ensure accurate capture and achievement of retailer exposures, initiatives, and deadlines.
* Optimize digital assortments and placements, ensuring product pages are best-in-class and communicate specific retailer needs to internal teams.
* Drive successful store events and trainings, improving store productivity, and providing educational materials to field teams.
Requirements
* 6 years of experience in retail account management, with at least 3 years in Ulta sales and Amazon exposure preferred.
* Strong business acumen, conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
* Ability to build close cross-functional partnerships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pay strong attention to detail.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
A B.S. in business/marketing/merchandising or a related field is preferred, along with mastery in Google, Tableau, Slack, and Excel.
