Key Responsibilities- Fit boots, skis, snowboards, and/or poles to guest satisfaction, ensuring they are well-equipped for a day on the mountain.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company standards.
- Remain current on new industry products and trends, demonstrating knowledge of products to guests.
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures.
- Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform and appearance, and be prepared to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver's License - required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - required.
- Provide a satisfactory motor vehicle record, able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and ability to learn new skills on the job.
- Proficient in MS Office Products; Excel & Word.
Vail Resorts offers a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $22.00 per hour. Additionally, employees receive free passes for themselves and discounted lift tickets for friends and family, as well as free ski lessons.
