We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Behavioral Health Associates (BHA). As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct counseling and academic/behavioral support to students in a therapeutic and educational setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. They should be able to develop and implement weekly lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student, utilizing non-violent crisis prevention intervention techniques when necessary.

About the Role:
- Provide therapeutic and academic services to students, creating a safe and supportive environment for them to grow and thrive.
- Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.
- Utilize non-violent crisis prevention intervention techniques when necessary, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all students.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to deliver academic instruction and support students' learning goals.
- Document student observations and data, maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing assessment and evaluation.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive school culture, promoting a sense of community and inclusivity among students, staff, and families.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working in a school setting or mental health environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $48,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience and education.
