Lifepoint Health is seeking a highly skilled Cardiology Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Cardiology Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases
- Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on cardiovascular health and disease management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant
- Experience working in a cardiology setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
