**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and direct all restaurant operations
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 3-4 years current experience as a General Manager in an upscale casual concept
* High Volume Background – must have General Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million per year in sales
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
* Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
