Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated part-time Lead Educators to work with early childhood education facilities, preschools, and daycare centers in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area.

Role Responsibilities

  • Implement lesson plans and manage classroom activities while collaborating with fellow educators in an early childhood environment.
  • Engage actively with children throughout the day, fostering their growth and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
  • Maintain a safe and conducive learning atmosphere for all children.
  • Utilize diverse teaching methods to enhance learning experiences and provide necessary support to students.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $23, with weekly payments.
  • Paid Sick Leave.
  • 401K options available based on eligibility.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children in a daycare setting as a Teacher Aide or Assistant.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary, as sponsorship is not available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
  • Over one year of experience as a Lead Teacher.
  • Training in daycare practices (SUID/SIDS, AHT, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of classroom management expectations.
