Livestock Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated students to join our team as a Livestock Assistant. The ideal candidate will be working alongside our Veterinarians in providing exceptional care to hospitalized patients, administering vaccinations and deworming treatments, and assisting with semen evaluations and other livestock-related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Veterinarians with in-clinic patient care
  • Perform barn chores on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Clean stalls and sterilize surgery packs
  • Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:

This role requires pre-veterinary or 1st-year veterinary students who are available to work every 3rd or 4th weekend. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
