Job Title: LPN (Assisted Living)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Osborn Assisted Living Facility. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record patients' medical histories and vital signs
  • Monitor patients under treatment to assess progress and identify any side effects of medications
  • Administer injections, prescribed medications, clean and dress wounds, and assist with other basic medical care tasks
Requirements:
  • Valid NYS LPN License
  • Ability to perform a variety of care tasks and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures in a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
