Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Implementing KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  2. Creating a safe, nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
  3. Partnering with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  4. Supporting the center's success by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  5. Cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or a willingness to obtain.
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
