Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement scalable backend systems.

  • Ensure smooth integration of backend services with the overall insurance platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend engineering.
  • Proficiency in Java and Kotlin, with experience in developing backend services, including GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with growth engineering principles, such as A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-quality products and effectively solving complex, ambiguous problems involving multiple teams and systems.
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-organizational projects.

What We Offer:

  • $80 - $85 per hour W2 (dependent on experience).
  • 6-month contract with possible extension.
  • Remote work opportunity.
