Banquet Dishwasher

Job Summary

The Banquet Dishwasher is a vital member of our 604 Hospitality Group team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dining areas and kitchen stations. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Properly dispose of accumulated garbage and boxes, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Dishwasher Training Manual.
• Meet all uniform, appearance, and grooming standards, as specified in the Employee Handbook and Dishwasher Training Manual.
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring all dishes and utensils leaving the station are spotless and meet our high standards.
• Perform side-work duties correctly, as specified in the Dishwasher Training Manual.
• Follow all end-of-shift checkout procedures, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining a clean and organized dishroom.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have the ability to lift, stoop, and bend.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest and Manager satisfaction.
• Must be able to pass food safety training.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
