Position OverviewThe Travel Nurse RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a diverse patient population with varying complexities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
- Document all nursing activities and patient progress accurately.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and support personnel.
- Current RN license in New Hampshire.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
