Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor junior plumbers to improve skills and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, setting realistic timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries and support project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.
  • Mobility to move around different environments, sometimes in confined spaces.
  • Prolonged standing, sitting, or kneeling in various settings.
  • Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Operating machinery and power tools, motor vehicles.
  • Exposure to indoor and outdoor elements (temperature, precipitation, wind).
