As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence, helping them to achieve optimal independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services.
  • Provide teaching and education to patients and caregivers to promote independence and self-care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in acute care, rehab, or home care as a Physical Therapist.
  • Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations.
