The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing systems that drive every aspect of our investment process, from research and analysis to trading and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our investment teams and drive commercial outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for breaking down complex problems and developing practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services industry or a similar high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
