Key Responsibilities
• Develop a foundational understanding of production workflows relevant to your assigned area and gain proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established standard operating procedures.
• Safely transport materials of varying weights, utilizing appropriate material handling equipment while following safety protocols.
• Be prepared to work overtime as necessary.
• Execute all tasks with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility, including the use of personal protective equipment, identifying and reporting hazards, and maintaining proper chemical storage and labeling.
• Take responsibility for the environmental impact of your work and actively participate in identifying and documenting any environmental issues.
• Fulfill the Operator Training Program in accordance with established protocols.
• Be open to additional projects or assignments as directed by management.
• Seek opportunities to enhance or streamline products, services, systems, and processes.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 months of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating manufacturing tools and equipment, including hand and pallet jacks, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
