Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis Specialist to join our team at Behavior Change Success Corp. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality ABA services to individuals with ASD, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement effective treatment plans. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct client care in home, school, or center settings
  • Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement ABA programs
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress

Qualifications
This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ABA services, with certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to commute around Long Island and work primarily after-school and weekend hours.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
