Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to join our team as a part-time Medical Director/Primary-Care Provider. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
  • Supervise 3-4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
  • Act as Medical Director in up to 3 facilities
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
Requirements
  • Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan
  • Valid DEA license in the state of Michigan
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening process
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug-screen
