Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical trauma environment.

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in acute care settings, preferably in surgical trauma
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS/PALS certification as required by the unit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits packages that cover health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
