Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fresh Foods Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment and displays.
- Ensure that products are displayed and stocked efficiently, including rotating stock, facing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Operate cash register, handle customer transactions, and process returns and exchanges.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Food handlers certification (per state laws).
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 - $20.50 per hour.
