We are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Engineer to enhance our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Key Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities are illustrative and not exhaustive:

  • Assist in the initial design concepts.
  • Contribute to the development of fee structures and proposal submissions.
  • Complete necessary project documentation and oversee work authorizations.
  • Establish a Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan for each assignment.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers in their professional growth.
  • Participate in project meetings, representing NxT Level during both design and construction phases.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on account receivables.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • At least ten years of progressive experience in civil engineering design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work independently for extended periods.
  • Strong written, technical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to client service and a collaborative team approach.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of clients, regulatory bodies, and authorities.
  • Demonstrated skills in marketing and business development.
  • Possession of a PE license in New Mexico or the ability to secure one within three months.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D for producing civil construction documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of municipal, commercial, and related site development projects.
