Job Description

Position Summary: As the Anger Management Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing clinical interventions, and referring clients to appropriate treatments. You will work closely with individuals dealing with anger issues, substance abuse, mental health challenges, and other related issues through our Employee Assistance Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to clients with anger management, substance abuse, and mental health issues
  • Develop and implement psychoeducational programs to promote healthy coping mechanisms and stress management techniques
  • Collaborate with community professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient mental health treatment and substance dependency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
