Electrical Supervisor

Midland Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Manage a team of electrical workers, including work schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Communicate project needs to the Project Manager and coordinate with assigned manpower for day-to-day project execution.
• Execute safety discussions and complete all necessary safety documentation.
• Communicate employee performance information to the Project Manager.
• Develop and adhere to project budgets, timelines, and quality control plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, building codes, and safety precautions.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training is required.
• A minimum of two years of electrical experience in the construction industry is required.
• An electrical certificate or diploma from a vocational, technical, or business school is required.
• A valid Journeyman's license in Electrical is required.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to be covered under the company's automobile insurance are required.
