Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with expertise in Dialysis to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patients' vital signs, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease or kidney failure.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and response to dialysis before, during, and after treatment.
  • Adjust dialysis treatment plans as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and self-care practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and ensure thorough documentation of care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana.
  • Certification in Dialysis Nursing (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing.
  • Strong clinical judgment with the ability to respond effectively in critical situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
