Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team at Adventist Health in Hanford, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
  • Provide therapy interventions using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required.
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
  • One year of occupational therapy experience preferred.
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of California required.
  • CPR or Basic Life Support certification required.
