About the Role

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals by utilizing personal and team selling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers within set standards, registering the Bride, engaging the Bride/customer, and showcasing products that meet their desired look and budget.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining features and benefits of merchandise and staying current with trend changes.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership: Meet and exceed individual sales goals by utilizing personal and team selling techniques.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers within set standards, registering the Bride, engaging the Bride/customer, and showcasing products that meet their desired look and budget.
3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining features and benefits of merchandise and staying current with trend changes.
4. Fitting Room Management: Ensure fitting rooms are maintained, aisles are clear, and the sales floor is organized to provide an exceptional customer experience.
5. Maintenance of Store Appearance: Maintain the store's appearance by straightening merchandise and completing daily cleaning duties.
6. Stocking and Merchandising: Stock the store by unpacking and preparing new merchandise for the sales floor in a timely manner and merchandising the store according to company guidelines.

Working Requirements

• Physical Agility: The successful candidate must be able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store during work hours.
• Merchandise Prep: Occasionally engage in light to moderate physical activity, unpacking and preparing merchandise, which might involve handling freight boxes, hanging garments, and using small ladders.
• Weekend Flexibility: Availability should include the capacity to work on weekends as required and as per the schedule.

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
