Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the process of scheduling appointments
- Collect accurate current financial and demographic information
- Provide customer service to patients, family members, and visitors
- Perform various clerical functions, including pre-authorization, insurance verification, scanning of documents, monitoring work queues, and communication with other departments
