About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Alarm Technician to join our team as a Senior Security Automation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty by exceeding customer expectations through system service and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and meeting customer commitments.
- Servicing, programming, configuring, dismantling, reconstructing, converting, and troubleshooting existing security and site automation solutions.
- Ensuring all required processes of wired and wireless technology and connection procedures are followed.
- Testing and validating system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
- Demonstrating the operation and functionality of all provided services to customers.
- Assisting customers with security and technology enhancements by identifying areas of opportunity and offering solution enhancements or alternatives to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valid State Driver's License.
- Mechanical and technical aptitude according to job level.
- Ability to interpret location maps, blue prints, and schematic drawings.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner.
- Basic mathematical aptitude to perform routine calculations.
- Basic knowledge of mobile technology and data devices for communication.
- Effective communication skills, including verbal and written skills.
- Ability to meet minimum company performance standards for productivity, quality, and safety & security enhancements.
- Logical problem-solving skills with effective solutions.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with customers.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
